We worked with the IPS Optical Department team to build a custom platform for prescriptions, lenses, inventory, sales, and optical job tracking. Staff manage day-to-day operations, while customers can check their order status.
Their off-the-shelf software no longer supported the way they worked. The custom platform gives the team tailored modules and real-time visibility into the information they need to manage operations.
